Clerk is added and syncs with my database (Doctor with crosses)

I added Clerk and a basic dashboard in place. I have syncing working between Clerk and my database. Next up is get a real dashboard working so you can create API keys and start using the API.

I started my big freelance gig so I won’t get anything more done today, most likely.

I am horrifically tired and not feeling well, so I’m going to take the rest of the day off after the freelance work.

I talk about one time I nearly died in Guadalajara, Mexico. And the doctor who helped me.
